Hermith reviews urgent requests depending on stock availability, product type, quantity and required documentation. For urgent projects, please provide complete technical and commercial information from the start so that the request can be processed quickly.

Yes. Hermith works with international customers and arranges shipments to different countries. Delivery terms, export documentation and customs requirements are reviewed individually for each order.

Hermith works with commonly used Incoterms, depending on the order and destination. The final delivery terms are agreed individually during quotation and order confirmation.

Yes. Additional testing can be arranged on request, depending on the material and specification — for example mechanical testing, chemical analysis, ultrasonic testing or other customer-specific requirements.

Lead time depends on availability, grade, dimensions, quantity, required testing and documentation. Stock items can be available within 1–2 weeks; new production typically takes 3–4 months.

Hermith reviews requests for small quantities and samples depending on product availability, size and application. Sample availability is confirmed individually.
