Hermith GmbH would like to thank everyone who visited our stand at Farnborough International Airshow 2026 in Farnborough, UK. The exhibition was a valuable opportunity to meet customers, partners and industry professionals, and to discuss the current and future role of titanium in aerospace applications. During the exhibition, we welcomed more than 400 visitors to our stand and held meetings with important long-term partners and industry-shaping companies. These discussions gave us valuable insights into the current direction of the aerospace sector and the wider titanium industry.
Compared with FIA 2024, this year’s exhibition clearly showed how much the aerospace industry has changed within last two years. There are many new players entering the market, as well as new trends, projects and new technical requirements shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing. One of the key observations from FIA 2026 was the growing demand for smaller-size titanium products, especially titanium wire and small-diameter titanium tubes. These materials are becoming increasingly important for advanced aerospace systems, precision components, lightweight structures and complex manufacturing requirements.
In addition to wire and tubes, titanium bars, sheets and plates remain essential materials for the expanding aerospace industry. They are widely used in structural components, brackets, fittings, fasteners, internal systems and other applications where strength, weight reduction, and corrosion resistance are critical.
For Hermith GmbH, FIA 2026 confirmed that the aerospace titanium market continues to develop rapidly. Customers are looking not only for certified materials, but also for flexible supply, technical understanding, traceability and the ability to respond to new and changing requirements.
Hermith GmbH is closely monitoring how the industry is evolving and continues to improve its manufacturing and supply capabilities to meet both current and upcoming market needs. As a German full-cycle titanium manufacturer and supplier, we support customers with titanium materials in various forms, including wire, tubes, bars, sheets and plates. Our focus remains on permanent quality of products and services, customer satisfaction and long-term partnership with our clients. With EN 9100, EN 9120 and ISO 9001 certifications, Hermith GmbH is committed to supporting aerospace customers with reliable titanium materials and controlled supply processes.
FIA 2026 was a fruitful and inspiring event for our team. It allowed us not only to present our capabilities, but also to better understand the challenges, expectations and future directions of the aerospace industry. We look forward to continuing the discussions started at Farnborough and to supporting new and existing partners with titanium solutions for the next generation of aerospace applications.
