Titanium Bars / Billets

As an experienced manufacturer and distributor of titanium rods, Hermith GmbH supplies a comprehensive selection of unalloyed and alloyed titanium bar materials. The range includes commonly used grades such as Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 19 and 23, as well as customer-specific alloy compositions. Grade 5 titanium round bar (Ti-6Al-4V) remains the most popular option due to its excellent combination of high strength, durability, and manufacturing flexibility. Titanium Seamless / Welded Tubes

Hermith GmbH offers both seamless and welded titanium tubes designed for demanding applications that require a combination of low mass, high mechanical strength, and high corrosion resistance. The portfolio covers Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 23, and additional titanium alloys.

Among them, Grade 9 tubes are especially preferred in aerospace structures due to their excellent strength-to-weight performance and forming characteristics. Hermith’s titanium tubes are engineered to main global standards, including AMS 4943, AMS 4944, AMS 4945, ASTM B338, ASTM B861, and other standards, ensuring full compliance with aerospace and industrial requirements.

Hermith GmbH offers a selected range of special titanium alloys developed for applications requiring enhanced strength, elevated temperature resistance, corrosion performance, and functional reliability. These alloys are used in demanding environments across aerospace, automotive, medical, additive manufacturing, and advanced industrial applications.
